Definitions

Buyer – is the individual or organisation who agrees to buy the goods from the seller. Seller – is Bits n Bridles, Haigh Agri Ltd, Nellyfield Farm, Redhouse Lane, Long Drax, Selby, North Yorkshire. Goods – the articles that the buyer agrees to buy from the seller.

The Terms and Conditions do not affect the buyer or sellers statutory rights and shall apply to all contracts for the sale of goods by the seller to the buyer.

Acceptance of delivery of the Goods will be deemed conclusive evidence of the Buyer’s acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Any variation shall be inapplicable unless agreed in writing by the Seller.

Ordering

All orders for goods shall be deemed to be an offer from the Buyer pursuant to these Terms and Conditions and are subject to acceptance by the Seller. The Seller may choose not to accept an order for any reason.

If the Goods are not available from stock, the Buyer will be given the option to wait until available or to receive a full refund.

Price and Payment

The price of the Goods shall be that stipulated on the seller`s website. The price excludes delivery charges.

The total price including delivery charges will be displayed prior to confirming the order. Payment must be made in full prior to despatch of the Goods.

The Seller reserves the right to adjust the price and specification of any item on the website or to withdraw any goods at any time.

Delivery

Goods supplied within the UK will normally be delivered within 2-8 working days from receipt of order.

Goods supplied outside the UK will normally be delivered within 30 working days of receipt of order.

The Seller shall endeavour to meet agreed delivery dates, but in the event that dates cannot be met the Seller will contact the Buyer by email or telephone to arrange revised dates or refund.

Delivery of the Goods shall be made to the Buyer’s address specified in the order and the Buyer shall make all arrangements necessary to take delivery of the Goods whenever they are tendered for delivery.

Title and risk of the Goods shall pass to the buyer upon delivery.

Cancellation and Returns

If the Goods are damaged or do not comply with any of the contract, the Seller will give a full refund within 7 days of delivery provided that the Goods are returned to the Seller in their original condition and packaging.

The Buyer has the right to cancel the contract and receive a refund by informing us in writing or by email within 7 working days of receipt of the goods. Goods must then be returned at the Buyer’s cost and a refund will be given within 30 days. Should the goods be found to be damaged due to the Buyers fault, the Buyer will be liable for this cost of the Goods.

Liability

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall exclude or limit the liability of the Seller for death or personal injury resulting from the negligence of the Seller under this contract.

The Seller shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform any of its obligations if the delay or failure results from events or circumstances beyond its control: acts of God, strikes, lock outs, accidents, war, fire, breakdown of machinery, shortage or unavailability of materials.
