The shape of the boot is designed to increase the horse’s awareness of his hind leg positioning over a fence, encouraging “lift and flick”.

Please note that, due to their performance enhancing effect, these boots may not be permitted for use in some British Showjumping classes and competitions.  You should check the current British Showjumping rules to ascertain whether they are permitted for use in any competitions you may wish to enter.
